The brief: Grow a true crime documentary channel, from the edit through to the audience.

What I did: Full channel management. I edited long-form true crime documentaries paced like thrillers, with narration-led structure, cinematic B-roll, and tension that builds across the whole runtime. I also ran the channel end to end, handling publishing and community growth.

The result:

Grew the channel from 200K to 500K+ subscribers
One documentary passed 5 million views
Multiple documentaries reached millions of views
