The brief: Turn a narration-driven sports storytelling channel into Shorts that stop the scroll and get watched to the end.

What I did: Edited multiple Shorts around the narration: hook-first openings, pacing timed to the voiceover's beats, dynamic captions, and sound design that builds toward the payoff.

The result: One Short passed 20 million views. The series kept the channel's storytelling voice in a 60-second vertical format.
